Attachment I to this letter provides the scenario for the James A.
FitzPatrick site preparedness exercise.
This scenario supersedes the one sent to you in Reference 1.
The scenario previously transmitted to you contained substan-tial inconsistencies.
The new scenario was originally trans-mitted to Mr. Ira Cohen of your office on 9/28/83.
The Authority requests that the exercise scenario be withheld from public disclosure until the exercise has been completed to ensure that only individuals who have a "need-to-know" are cognizant of its contents.
