On September 26, 1991, TU Elt tric orally notified your Mr. C. Johnson of a deficiency involvin{.5e potential failure of Limitorque 80 ft-lb motort to meet rated capacity ( ring mximum expected differential pressure valve operation. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions cf 10CFR50.55(e).

TU Electric is continu'ig the evaluation of this issue's impact upon the safety of plant operations.

TU Electric's next report on this issue will bc submitted by December 16, 1991.
