89-10, have been completed for Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2) in accordance with our interpretations of the following:

The expectations for completion and the process for closure of GL 89-10 programs which were provided at the NRC sponsored public meeting (Reference 8) have been considered, and, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the actions indicated above adequately demonstrate that the GL 89-10 Program for BVPS-2 can be brought to closure.
