AND 3 - UPDATE OF SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN (SPT AND QP) - REVISION 21, DATED APRIL 14, 1995 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), TVA has enclosed changes to the subject plan.
Further, TVA has enclosed instructions for updating NRC copies 6 through 11.
Revision 21 to the SPT and QP changes the responsibility for preparing and revising the SPT and QP from TVA Corporate Security to BFN Site Security.
TVA will no longer have a generic training and qualification plan.
Further, the proposed change identifies BFN Site Security personnel as the responsible organization for protection against acts of radiological sabotage.
The letter and the enclosed information is being sent by certified mail.
The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and appropriate steps will be taken to update your controlled copies, and destroy superseded material.
