In our responne to question 1-30 of your Request for Additional Information dated June 1, 1988 we indicated at the time that our intention was to maintain a full time NRB Chairmanship. This letter is to inferm you that after careful consideration we now intend to change the Chairmenship to a part time position, as was previously the case. We have performed a review of this change in accordance with 10 OTR 50.59 and have concluded that this change does not represent an Unreviewed Safety Question.
