SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENCY INVOLVING RUST ON INSIDE SURFACE OF REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL Initial report of the subject deficiency was made verbally to W. B. Swan, AEC-DRO Region II Inspector, on September 26, 1974.
In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this is submitted as an interim report. TVA and Westinghouse are studying methods for correcting the subject deficiency. A report will be submitted upon completion of the studies.
