Revision to Submittal Date for Action Plan Gentlemen:
As one of the corrective actions related to inspection 9110, Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) has been developing a comprehensive action plan to address a variety of management issues. The process of gathering and validating information for this plan was discussed with you and members of your staff at the linforcement Conference in July and again eluring your visit to Fort St. Vrain in September.
To ensure these corrective actions are definitive aid workable, PSC is going to schelt extensive feedback frorn management and performance IcVel pencnnel prior to 8ma! iring the plan. To allow adequate time for reviews and comment resolution, PSC will delay our submittal of this action plan until November 8,1991.
