tube intervice-inspection in accordance with Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5b and 6.9.1.5b.

This acport vill include: 1. The numser and extent of tubes inspected, 2. The location and percent of vall-thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, and

3. The identification of tubes plugged.

This report is submitted on an

-annual basis and is due March 31, 1992.
