l DOCKET NO. 50-354 10CFR50, Appendix H, Section III.A requires a summary technical report submittal within one year after specimen capsule removal.  ;

Public Service Electric & Gas Co. (PSE&G) removed the first '

specimen capsule from Hope Creek Generating Station on April 13, 1994 during Refueling Outage S. On April 12, 1995, PSE&G requested an extension until June 12, 1995 for submittal of this report to resolve questions / concerns with the methods used by the NSSS vendor to analyze the specimen data (See Letter LR-N95048)  !

which was granted by the NRC. In accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix H, Section III.A and the extension granted by the NRC, PSE&G submits the summary technical report documenting the testing of and postirradiation data obtained from the capsule specimens.

Based on the capsule analysis results, a License Change Request (LCR) revising the Hope Creek pressure vs. temperature operating ,
