CHLORINE DISCEARGE LIFJT By letter dated December 10, 1976 ve reported an event (ER-76 hl) related to chlorine discharge. A recent review of that event, following a determination of the actual " chlorine demand" of the dilution water, has determined that the chlorine limit was not exceeded. Based on this infor=ation, we request that ER-76-kl be cancelled.
