The purpose of thi.e letter is to provide you with Revision No. 3 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan, and Revision 20 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
These revisions reflect enhancemente recently made to our Security Program.
These changes were previously incorporated into our implementing procedures and the enclosure-reflects the resultant Plan changes.
-We have reviewed this rev/sion and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguarda ef fectiveness of: the Plan.
Therefore, prior NRC approval of this rev.sion is not required.
