Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications sot forth in Appendix A to this license be amended to reviso the value of K, which is contained in Noto l
No. 1 of Table 2.1-1, from 0.017/'F to 0.3183/ F.
The proposed Technical Specification change is set forth in Attachment A
to this application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
A typed replacmont pago for the technical specification is contained on Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the commission, the proposed changes have boon determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
