An initial report of penet ration EF, connector 9E failure was made tc '4 , S. Little of the DRO Region II office on May 3, 1973 An interim report ,

was submitted to you on June 1, 1973, stating that I a final report would be submitted by July 2, 1973. Il Due to the extended investigation required, we now expect to cubmit the final report by July 30, 1973. y
