11 2. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering 12 from the University of Washington in 1956 and a Masteroof.
13 Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of j 14 Washington in 1965.
15 3. From 195'6 to 1967, I worked as a nuclear engineer for the 16 General Electric Companz at Hanford, Washington. During-this 17 time, I held positions as a Reactor Engineer, Systems Design I
18 Engineer, and Research and Development Engineer in thermal ' .
19 hydraulics.
20 4. From 1967 to 1971, I worked for the Douglas United Nuclear 21 Company at Hanford, Washington as a unit manager of a systems 22 analysis group.
23 5. From 1971 to 1973, I worked for the Singer Company, Singer 24 -Simulation Products Division of Sunnyvale, California as a 25 systems analyst. During this period, I was part of a team 26 that built a nuclear simulator for the Combustion Engineering 27 plant, Calvert Cliffs.
28 6. In March 1973, I began to work for the 3abcock 4 Wilcox 29 Company as a Licensing Engineer. Initially,.I was responsible 30 for the licensing activities of the three Davis-Besse Plants, 31 being built for the Toledo Edison Company and the Crystal 32 River plant being built for Florida Power.. Corporation., Since 33 May 1975, I have been the unit manager of the Contract Unit 34 in the Licensing Section. This unit is responsible for the 35 . licensing activities of all B6W plants in the preoperational 36 stage of development. ,
