SOP-3323-6, Docket No. 55-5613) has completed the On-shift Individual I icense Re-activation Program, as described in the Nuclear Power Division Training Administrative Manual, to restore his Senior Reactor Operator License for Unit No. I to active status. This program meets the requirements of 10 CFR 53.53(f).
