Enclosed is LILCO's response to Stlffolk Count'y's and Governor Cuomo's requests for clarification of the Commission's May 16, 1984 Order in this proceeding.
By way of background, enclosed as well are LILCO's exemption application of May'22, 1984, and the Company's renewed sunmary disposition motions for Phases I and II of low power testing, also filed on May 22nd.
