Termination of inerting uas an attcept to ec= ply to Tech-nical Specification 3.7.6.6 which requires icvel to be 60 inches when either Unit 2 or 3 is at power. Af ter sacples were taken and calculations

. performed, it was discovered that additicnal nitrogen was required.

Inertir.g again commenced, however, the 24 hour2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
, 4% oxygen limit had been exceeded.

ft*3 LYSIS OF OCCURRENCE The failure to meet the 4% oxygen concentration limit did not put the cafety of the plant or public in jeopardy. At the end of the 24 hcur period, o;;ysen concentration had excteded the lunf t by only .5%. In addition, the 4% limit was rct by 1315 hours0.0152 days
0.365 hours
0.00217 weeks
5.003575e-4 months
on July 15, 1974.
