STATE'S MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE TO APPLICANTS' PROPOSED STANDARD FOR LITIGATING ALLEGATIONS OF INTIMIDATION.

The State of Texas hereby moves the Board to grant it a twenty day enlargement of time in which to file its response to Applicants' Proposed Standard for Litigating Allegations of Intimidation.
The requested enlargement would extend the State's filing date from May 23, 1984', until June 12, 1984.

The requested enla'rgement is necessary to allow counsel r
for the State to evaluate the proposed standardifrom.the State's perspective in sufficient detail to provide the-Board-useful as-sistance in arriving at a sound determination cni.the issue.

State does not anticipate that any other participant in.the li-censing proceeding will be prejudiced-by-this enlargement, especi-1 1
ally since the earliest-estimated starting.date for evidentiary.
