Retrospective Review of Administrative Requirements Regulations.gov Docket NRC-2017-0214 Subm itted via regulations.gov Project Number: 689 By Federal Register announcement (85 FR 6103), dated February 4, 2020, the NRC staff published a request for public comments on its plans for the Retrospective Review of Administrative Requirements (RROAR).

Comments were requested by April 6, 2020. The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 1 intends to submit comments on the RROAR on behalf of NEI members. However, due to the exigent circumstances surrounding the industrys response to the coronavirus pandemic, NEI respectfully requests additional time to submit those comments. We ask that the deadline for submitting public comments be extended by 30 days to May 6, 2020.
