Calvert Cliffs Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP) Revision 4 Enclosed is Revision #4 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Coluert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2.
The changes made by this revision do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and, there-fore, are being submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(P). The changes made:
. reflect recent changes in our Security Organization
. realign the plan into a clearer and more logical format
. clarify the Responsibility Matrix for Event 6E The changes in organization and format are self-explanatory.
The changes to the Responsibility Matrix are explained in Attachment A.

. closed instructions and return the completed transmittal to:

9 the provisions of 10CFR50.90. This change will not become effective until we receive NRC approval, which is expected in early June. To eliminate possible confusion, we are delaying distribution of this revision to all plan holders, other than the NRC, until formal approval has been received.
