Eddie, By this email the staff is informing SNC that the subject regulatory audit has been completed and is considered closed. The staff is preparing a publicly available audit report and has everything that it needs at this juncture to complete the regulatory review of the LAR by the date that you have requested. No RAIs have been identified.

The audit plan was dated 2.7.20 and is available in public ADAMS at ML20035E207.

Per our discussion and based on the current situation and the amount of resources that would be expended to complete an audit closure call that may last 5 minutes, SNC agreed that this email would suffice.
