Dear Mr. Chairman:
As I expressed in my February 15, 1984 letter to the Commission, I am increasingly troubled by the precarious financial stability of nuclear utilities.
I am particularly interested in the status of the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station being constructed by the Public Service Company of New Hamshire.
In this regard, I would like to request the Commission's assistance in providing the Subcommittee with a listing of all delays and schedule slippages in completion of the project since the granting of the construction permit.
Please specify the length of the delay and what NRC believes to be the cause of the delay.
