Dear Mr. Denton:

Reference 1) transmitted the independent preliminary design assessment performed by the Essex Corporation of the Wolf Creek site-specific control room panels RLOl3 and RLO14. References 2) and 3) transmitted KG&E's responses to Essex Corporation's findings.

Revised responses to findings 14 and 19 in References 2) and 3) are provided in Attachment 1.

The Wolf Creek plant specific implementation schedule for resolutions to these and the other site-specific findings, provided in References 2) and 3), as well as the Supplementary Survey and Auxiliary Shutdown Panel findings, provided in Reference 4) is provided in Attachment 2.

This information is hereby incorporated into the Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit No. 1, Operating License Application.
