Dear Mr.-Keppler:
Reference (a) requested that the Comr.ionwealth Edison Company provide a written report regarding our review of records for receipt of apparently fraudulent materials sold by Ray Miller, Inc.
Reference (d) provided that report.
In Reference (d) we identified three companies who supplied materials during initial construction and who were identified as secondary recipients of Ray Miller material.
We were also to provide a report on the results of the review of these companies.
Our Architect Engineer has done a review of QC documentation files on these companies and found no objective evidence that Ray Miller material was received by the secondary respondents and shipped to the
. primary contractors.
Based on this, we feel that we have reasonable assurance that Ray Miller material submitted to secondary respondents was not used on LaSalle County Units 1 and 2.

The results of this review will be reported by September 1, 1984.
To the best of my knowledge and belief the statements contained herein are true and correct.

Such information has been reviewed in accordance with Company practice and I believe it-to be reliable.
