l Reference 2 stated in the Responne, Part 1 that distribution of controlled copics of PQCI's was proceduralized by QC Administrative Instructions Nos. 601 (for soils) and 602 (for balance of plant). With the integration of QC into MPQAD and tho subsequent revision to procedures, the requirements for dist-ribution of all controlled documents issued by MPQAD (including PQCI's) are given in MPQAD Procedure F-llM.

Reference 2 also stated that further revisions to the document control program would include centralizatfor of document control for Soils QA and QC, expected to be completed by February 1, 1983. One single document control area was established for MPQAD-Soils in January, 1983.
