Docket No. 50-482: Draft Security Plan Revision to Implement Hand Geometry Biometric Access Control System Gentlemen:
Attached is a draft revision of the applicable portions of the Wolf Creek Generating Station Physical Security Plan as requested by the references.
This draft revision incorporates the necessary changes to implement a hand geometry biometrics access control system.
Changes to drawings in the Physical Security Plan will be made upon completion of the modification as part of the design process.
Draft drawing changes are not included with this submittal.
Reference 1 provided an exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 to allow the use of a hand geometry biometric system for site access control at Wolf Creek Generating Station.
Reference 1 requested WCNOC submit a revised Physical Security Plan within 60 days.
Reference 2 extended the submittal date to June 1, 1995.
