Dear Mr. Youngblood:
This letter completes our response to the NRC/EQB Environmental Audit Findings for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
(See NRC EQh Audit Report to M. R. Edelman dated February 14, 1984, item No. 4)
As previously stated at the audit and identified in Attachment A of our letter dated liarch 7, 1984 (PY-CEl/NRR-0093).
CEl had conducted a review of it's EQ Program to identify all files that had test report summaries.
Of the files identified, test reports and/or actual data were reviewed at three of the vendors facilities to assure proper qualification for use at PNPP. Commitments from the vendor were obtained which ensure that test reports will be maintained for the torty year life of PNPP.
A record of these connitments have been added to the appropriate auditable file package.
