Enclosed you will find our first round of discovery to Edison in the form of a request for the production of documents and a set of interrogatories.
Included are the documents requested in my letters of March 16, March 26, and April 30.
Your single response has been to agree, on March 30, to produce the " reinspection interpretations" which I have not yet received.
I hope that you will reconsider your position on the other requests in order to expedite discovery as you committed during our April 19 oral argument.
I look forward to receiving your discovery responses soon, as we are all interested in an expeditious resolution of the issues.
