DOCKET 50-255'- LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - SUBMITTAL OF REVISED GAI-TRONICS PHONE SYSTEM SKETCH Enclosed please find six (6) copies of Consumers Power Company revisions to the Palisades Plant security communication system. Attachment I and II provide a description and justification for the change. Also enclosed is sketch SK-11-210-3, Sheet 3 which depicts the revisions described in the attachments.
Consumers Power Company has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan at the Palisades Plant and therefore are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Formal submittal including a revised security plan draving will be forth-coming in November during our annual security plan drawing update.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since they concern subject matter which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
