Dear Sir:
Please find enclosed 60 copies and 3 originals of Amendment 35 to the Waterford 3 FSAR.
In recent discv1sions with our NRC Licensing Project Manager, it was determined thec an additional FSAR Amendment would be desirable prior to 3
issuance of tie Waterford 3 Operating License. However, because few
}
Licensing isstas remain open, and the Waterford 3 design is essentially finalized, this amendment consists primarily of miscellaneous changes resulting from construction and startup problems of the type normally encountered while preparing for fuel load. None of the enclosed changes significantly affect in any way Waterford 3 safety analyses. All FSAR changes related to licensing issues critical to the operating license have already been docketed by letter and discussed with the cognizant NRC reviewer.
