Washington, D. C. 20555 Gentlemen:

Reference:

(1) Fermi-2 NRC Docket No. 50-341

Subject:

Fermi-2 Schedule On April 23, 1984, we announced at our Annual Share-holders Meeting that the Fuel Load for Fermi-2 could be delayed a few months. The exact date has not been quantified at this point and won't be until the con-clusion of the mid-year review by the Board of Directors in June. However, for our mutual interests in realistic allocation of resources a two-month slip may be used for planning purposes. I will keep you informed as I learn more.

I request your continued expedited review efforts to support our schedular needs in this difficult and challenging phase of the project. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call me or Will Holland personally.

Sincerely, cc
P. M. Byron R. C. Knop M. D. Lynch f .
