SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-0IE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/83-13 AND 50-328/83-13 The following information concerns OIE inspection report Nos. 50-327/83-13 and 50-328/83-13 and the TVA response submitted to you from D. S. Kammer on October 14, 1983 TVA's msponse to deficiency 327,328/83-13-08 committed TVA to mvise the Sequoyah emergency monitoring implementing procedures and the Muscle Shoals Emergency Center emergency monitoring implementing procedures by January 31, 1984. We provided a revised completion date of March 30, 1984 on January 31, 1984.
As we have previously mported, we are revising the Browns Ferry and Watts Bar procedures in order to naintain consistency with TVA's other nuclear plants. We have been unable to coordinate a consistent set of implementing procedures for all TVA's plants to date, and we will require additional time to incorporate all plant suggestions and changes. Our revised expected completion date is May 1,1984 If you have any questions, please get in touch with R. H. Shell at FTS 858-2688.
