REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF INSPECTION ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH VERIFICATION OF NCR REWORK Per our discussion of 3/7/84, this letter documents our request to obtain approval for release of inspection associated with verification of rework as a result of an NCR rework disposition regardless of what module the action item is in.
There are approximately 750 nonconformance reports for which rework had previously been accomplished per the NCR disposition, but the j
verification inspection had not been accomplished prior to the general halt of inspection activities. Any such inspections are completely controlled by the existing MPQAD procedures.
