Low Power Testing" and " Motion for Summary Disposition on Phase !! Low Power Testing." These documents are being served today on each Commissioner, the Secretary, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board established for purposes of conducting hearings on LILCO's Supplemental Motion for a Low-Power License and all parties, in accordance with the Commission's order of April 30.
