The sys-tems and areas required for Turbine Roll have successfully completed the Con-struction Completion Program (CCP) Quality Verification Program (QVP) and Status Assessment activities. The processes, procedures, and the final, integrated product of Phase 1, including the readiness of all organization to commence Phase 2 activities, have been reviewed by the Executive Management Review Committee and found to be accepteble. Attached to this letter _are the following support documents:

Minutes from the April 18, 1984 Management Review meeting 3.
Copies of required area release forms 4.
A copy of the Construction Punch List showing all known to-go work as of the date indicated.

l The relief valves (2PSV 3207 A&B, 3208 A&B, 3209 A&B), discussed in Reference 1, are excluded from this request. The removal of these valves was requested in Reference 3 and subsequent NRC concurrence was obtained.
The following corrections and errata to References.1 and 2 were discovered during the status assessment and QVP processes.
These changes are delinated as follows:

The Whip Restraints listed for System 1ABA-4 should read Module 260-4 each, Module 620-4 each and Module 630-4 each.
D) - Module 800, Service Water Pump Structure was previously addressed and released for Phase 1 and should not have been addressed again in Reference 1 and 2 as part of the Phase 1 release for the Turbine Roll Package.

r It is requested that an expeditious review by Region III be conducted so that approval for Phase 2 construction can be given as soon as possible.
