In your telefax and letter, both dated December 10, you requested that within ten days we provide the Region I Office of the Division of Compliance with information regarding the Ginna steam header installation as compared to the installation at lyrkey Point Unit No. 3 a ycey y.-...

The Ginna installation is different than the Turkey Point.

'.jQ At Ginna, steam flows from each steam generator through a 30 nch R$r" steam line installation. Each line has a pcvier operated relief valve g-gr and four code approved safety valves mounted directly on it.

These gg{.[1

.Pdif valves are all located on the apex of a horizontal section of each line.

Downstream of the power operated and safety valves, each. steam line is equipped with an isolation valve and a non-return check valve.
