Dear Mr. O' Leary:
On February 19, 1974 an interim report was submitted concerning Abnormal Occurrence 74-2.
Since that time, analysis and investigative action has been conducted by our supplier, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, for us.
Enclosed is a report on the analysis, inve stigation, and the current status of steam generator work at the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Plant. This report is the follow-up report referred to in our February 19, 1974 letter.
