GINNA STATION MAINTENANCE REPORT

SUMMARY

4 MARCH 1984 During the month of March, routine maintenance and inspections were completed along with maintenance scheduled during the current refueling outage.

Safety-related maintenance included:

Annual maintenance and inspection of the 1A and IB Emergency Diesel Generators, and' cleaning of both diesel Fuel Oil Storage Tanks.

2.

Calibration of Reactor Protection Channels and Technical i

Specification Instrumentation.

3.

Inspection, maintenance, and test of 480 Volt Breakers on Busses 14, 16, 17, and 18.

4.

Minor inspection and preventive maintenance of the personnel 1

airlock.

5.

The start of maintenance and decontamination associated with replacement of the "B" Reactor Coolant Pump rotating assembly.

6.

Repair of many valves on the SI' accumulators.

7.

Repair of sample valves AOV-953, AOV-955, and V-956E.

8.

Inspection and maintenance of the Station Battery Systems.

9.

Inspection, preventive maintenance and testing of Pressurizer Safety Valves, RV-434 and RV-435.

10.

Inspection and preventive maintenance of Pressurizer Spray Valve, PCV-431A.

11.

Inspection and repair of the refueling transfer car and j

drive mechanism.

Preventive replacement of various valve diaphragms on CVCS valves.
