Dear Mr. Goller:
In accordance with Mr. Skovholt's letter of October 1,1973, con-i cerning periodic inspection of hydraulic shock absorbers (snubbers), an inspection of all snubbers both inside and outside of containment was com-pleted on May 28, 1976.
All snubbers were considered operable at this inspection. No fluid additions were necessary.
