t Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 64 to the i -
License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Final Saf ety Analysis Report as a result of meetings with the Mechanical Equipment and Chemical Engineering Branches and to accurately reflect the Limerick design and makes changes to the Design Assessment Report for consistency with the FSAR. In addition, the Amendment makes changes to the Emergency Plan and Environmental Qualification Report for Electrical Equipment to reflect information previously provided to the NRC Staff and the parties and otherwise update the Report.
This filing consists of three originals and 19 copies of Amendment No. 64 to the License Application, 50 copies of Revision 31 to the Final Safety Analysis Report, 50 copies of Emergency Plan Revision 9, 40 copies of Revision 8 of the Design Assessment Report (Volume 1), 5 copies of Revision 8 to the Design Assessment Report (Volume 3), and 20 copies of Revision 1 to the Environmental Qualification Report for Electrical Equipment consisting of four volumes.

Accordingly, it is being requested that the Revision to Volume 3 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
