Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) requested that the Commonwealth Edison Company provide a written report regarding our review of records for receipt of apparently fraudulent materials sold by Ray Miller, Inc.
Reference (d) provided that report.
Based upon further review we find it necessary to amend the
-Quad Cities response included in Reference (d).
Four 10-inch, 900 lb., schedule 80 flanges were purchased from Midland Pipe & Supply Company _in 1978.
It.has been determined that these flanges were procured by Midland from Ladish. Company.
This msterial,.therefore, has-no connection with Ray Miller, Inc.

l To the best of my knowledge and belief the statements contained in the Attachment are true and correct.
