Please refer to pages 16 and 17 of my letter dated January 22, 1984. All corrective action associated with Item 6 of your Notice of Violation dated December 23, 1983, was expected to be completed by April 30, 1984. Due to the extent of engineering review and field inspections being performed, it is now anticipated that all corrective action will be completed by July 31, 1984.
