Dear Administrative Judges:
On Friday, April 20, 1984, I informed you via letter that Suffolk County was unable to submit testimony on LILCO's Low Power Motion by the April 20 date established by the Board.
I stated that "[t]he County will shortly submit affidavits of its experts which document further the fact that under the restrictive schedule established by the Board's April 6 Order, it was impossible for the County to submit prefiled testimony and present the affirmative case which it wished to do on behalf of its citi:'enry."
I now transmit by this letter copies of the following affidavits of Suffolk County experts and consultants:
Affidavit of G. Dennis Eley Affidavit of Christian Meyer Affidavit of Gregory C. Minor Affidavit of Robert K. Weatherwax I also enclose a copy of my own affidavit (without the two referenced exhibits which the Board already has) which relates to these matters and which documents, inter alia, that under the Board's schedule, it is impossible for the County to prepare for 0404270052 040423 PDR ADOCK 03000322 0
