-Shortly after this operation the hir.h level alarm in Su ap a sounded in the control roo::r followed shortly afterwards by a. hir,h level alarm in Sac:p A.
By the time the operator realized det. had happened and could. cat 137-851B closed, approxir.stely 12,00.3 callons of Ecfuleing Water Storage Tank water-had run into $sc p U, overflowed-oute the contalmuent basement floor, and drained through the floor drains ? to Step A.

(a) Make ma inspecticst of contain==nt-(b) Reprimand. the control room operator (c) Have the Mcmith. Physica personnel:take a particulata sample in the basement of cotatain= ant 4
(d) Fump the water from Sump B and inapect the Stamp B area for any debria and also inspect the Reactor Coolant Drain Tank which. is located in Sag B.
An inspection wIs made of containment-at 1530. no-only evidence of the water was several. small puddles of water.bera and thers on. the floor, Sump B full oE water, and an indication. in several-places that approrfmately 1" of water had been on the basem==c. floor.
l Me plant continued operation at 100% power all during tha occurrence and mer operating probleme have been. encountered since the occurrence.
