Via Federal Express, a portion of the documents identified to be copied by Claib Cook and Linda Jackson during their review in LILCO's office at Hicksville on Monday, April 16, 1984, is being sent to you today.
You had agreed that the information identified for copying should not be processed at the County's expense with shifts working during the night of April 16.
As I indicated to you both yesterday and today, LILCO has located a draft security plan that'is responsive to the April 11, 1984 Document Discovery Request No. 17 1 I also mentioned today that LILCO believes that the draft security plan is unrestricted, but would like for our office to verify this determination.
If in fact it can be released without protective measures, we will telecopy the seven-page document to you tomorrow.
