SUFFOLK COUNTY REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS BY FEMA Pursuant to 10 CFR SS 2.741 and 2.744, FEMA is requested by Suffolk County to produce for inspection and copying, at the offices of Kirkpatrick, Lockhart, Hill, Christopher & Phillips, the documents specified below that are within the possession, custody, or control of FEMA, the Regional Assistance Committee, its contractors, subcontractors, agents, or attorneys.

Definitions and Instructions For Document Production The definitions and instructions applicable to this Request are the same as those set forth in duffolk County Interrogatories to the.NRC Staff and FEMA, filed August 12, 1983,_and hereby l incorporated by reference, except that Subparts L through P, and W, of such Definitions and Instructions are not applicable to this Request.

review of the LILCO Transition Plan for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, including, but not limited to, the following (but not including the LILCO Transition Plan itself or NUREG 0654):

1. All memoranda, correspondence, questions, comments, i

reports, evaluations, ratings, summaries, notes, including drafts, relating to the RAC review of the LILCO Transition Plan.

2. All drafts or revisions of reports, comments, evaluations, or other documents including drafts of and comments relating to, the document entitled " Consolidated RAC Review Dated February 10, 1984," which is attached to the Direct Testimony of Thomas E.

Baldwin et al. Concerning Phase II Emergency Planning dated.

April 17, 1984 and filed in this proceeding.

3. All transcripts, minutes, summaries or notes of meetings, discussions or conferences, including telephone conferences, among RAC members or others relating to the-RAC review of the LILCO Transition Plan.
