In accordance with the Licensing Board's Order- at the hearing on April 9, 1984 (Tr. 9518-19), we are transmitting to the Board and parties _the revised version of Applicant's Testimony, which deletes testimony relating to contentions withdrawn by LEA since Applicant's initial submission.

Where testimony on_a withdrawn. contention was referred to in a remaining contention, we have added the testimony from one ,

to the other as appropriate. We have also included a cross-reference table relating paragraphs of the initially

' filed testimony with the revised testimony.

Also enclosed is a list of Applicant's exhibits which will be offered into evidence. Exhibit 9 of Appendix A in Applicant's- initial submission will not be offered into l evidence since Contention VIII-20(d) has - been withdrawn.  !

• Judge Peter A. Morris April 29, 1984 Page 2 has been withdrawn. Finally, the FSAR references in Applicant's Exhibit 38 in the present submission, previously identified as Exhibit 10 in the earlier submission, have .

been changed to delete the following sections: 2.4.2, l 2.4.3, 2.4.4, 2.4.5, 2.4.6, 2.4.7, 2.4.8 and 3.5.1.3. These I deletions likewise reflect withdrawn contentions.

We have enclosed exhibits which were generated since our earlier submission, i.e., Exhibits 42-45. Although Exhibit 42 bears the date of January 1, 1984, the letter was not executed until recently. It was dated January 1, 1984 to reflect the date upon which performance under the contract commenced. Exhibits 43, 44, and 45 are the revised agreements with the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, the Linfield Fire Company and Limerick Fire Company, respectively.

Finally, we are enclosing a new page EP-C-326-4 to replace the blank page in Applicant's Exhibit 35, previously submitted. The new page deletes proprietary information which was unnecessary for the procedure and will be adopted as part of the procedure.
