Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's November 18, 1976 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This amendment revises the Company's earlier application relating to the technical specifications for compliance with Appendix J of 10 CFR Part 50 to reflect discussions with and evaluations by the NRC Staff on the earlier application.
