03-01-84 Surveillance testing found the "B" side ADS timer would not initiate. At 1740 hours0.0201 days <br />0.483 hours <br />0.00288 weeks <br />6.6207e-4 months <br /> ADS was declared inoperable commencing a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> LC0 as HPCI was concurrently inoperable.. An unusual event was declared and a controlled power reduction initiated.
