Attached are five (5) copies of WCAP-10493 (Proprietary), " Third Cycle Performance of Beaver Valley Unit 1 Fuel" and five (5) copies of WCAP-10494 (Non-Proprietary), " Third Cycle Performance of Beaver Valley Unit 1 Fuel".
By letter dated February 2, 1983, we provided WCAP-10196, "Second Cycle Performance of Beaver Valley Unit 1 Fuel" to satisfy our cmmitment to provide a written report concerning the performance of 17 x 17 fuel assem-blies. WCAP-10493 is being provided as additional information regarding the performnce of 17 x 17 fuel assemblies.
The proprietary copies of this report contain information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the proprietary copies of this report be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790.
An application frcm Westinghouse Electric Corporation and acccupanying affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information maybe withheld from public disclosure and addresses the specific considerations listed in 10CFR2.790 Paragraph (b) (4).
